Individual Name Search

Enter the name of the licensee to retrieve the details for that particular license.

Number of Names Retrieved: The last name only search result could include up to 100 names. If your search request results in more than 100 names, you can select on the "Next" link at the bottom of the page to continue to review the names that were retrieved.
Name Search: If you cannot find the license by using the first and last name, type only the last name or if the person’s name is not retrieved, type the name again with 1 or 2 fewer characters.
Apostrophes: Apostrophes are used in the licensee’s name (e.g., D’Angel, O’Brien), but commas and periods are not used.
Names with Spaces: Spaces in the name matters. If the last name is Mc Donald, type the last name with a space, and then type the name without a space. For example: "Mc Donald" and then "McDonald".

The license status information shown below represents information taken from the California Department of Insurance’s (CDI) licensing database at the time of your inquiry. This information may not include items currently under review (e.g., if an individual applied for a California insurance license and the license is not issued, the individual’s name will not be listed in the names retrieved below).
